Who we are
TECS Enterprises, LLC is based in Port Charlotte, Florida. The work is decorative concrete, resurfacing, pool decks, epoxy and polyaspartic floors, staining and sealing, driveway coatings, and interior and exterior paint.
Owner Jared (JR) runs the company. The point of the business is simple: keep the slab when it is sound, prep it correctly, and install a finish that holds up in sun, rain, salt air, and heat.
How we treat a job
We look at the surface before we sell a system. Overlay, stain, epoxy, polyaspartic, or paint are not interchangeable. A failing slab should not get a coating. A sound driveway should not be torn out if an overlay will do.
You get a clear scope and price before work starts, then a walkthrough when it is done.
